My journey began with formal training in London 20 years ago as a certified spa and skin therapist. But as I worked more closely with clients, I quickly realised that the skin is just one part of a much larger, interconnected system — physical, emotional, and energetic. That realisation sparked a deeper exploration of the body, leading me to study holistic modalities and develop an approach that supports the whole person, not just the surface. Read more
