TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at full price.

For your safety and well-being, please note the following restrictions:

 

Pregnancy: We do not perform treatments during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

 

Botox: Treatments cannot be performed within the first 8 weeks after Botox injections.

 

Fillers: Treatments cannot be performed within the first 16 weeks after dermal filler procedures.

 

If you have any medical conditions, ongoing treatments, or concerns, please inform us before your appointment to ensure that the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

SHIPPING

We aim to ship all orders within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

 

Shipping:
We currently ship within Sweden. Shipping fees are calculated depending on weight at the checkout.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly help resolve the issue.
